I have not used my Real Estate Southwest blog for sometime now, thinking now is the time to resume, using my thoughts and publishing timely articles on mainly real estate  and water in the west.  I promise to try and avoid politics only in the sense that it pretains to the blog or articles  being published.

In the meantime while I get my thoughts together and find the subject matter I hope you will find interesting, be updated in a timely news matters by CNN.
